We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic, passionate Creative Web Designer. An ideal candidate must be able to work on multiple projects and tasks, with a willingness to learn and apply new technologies as needed. Currently our client produces a wide range of websites, microsites, banners, mobile phone apps and email campaigns using XHTML and CSS as well as Flash based technologies. You will work closely with the other designers and developers to ensure the project is adhering to the specifications and project deadlines throughout the entire project lifecycle so good communication skills are also a must. We are looking for a communicative team member with a positive attitude; dedication and willingness to work hard, often under high production pressure.

The job will include, but not be limited to; Taking creative client briefs, wire-framing, story-boarding, producing concepts all the way through to final designs. The ability to produce both XHTML/CSS and Flash front ends is a must. Our projects include bespoke web development for Air and mobile apps which may require custom User Interfaces so UI design experience is important. You will have good knowledge of Accessibility, SEO and Social Media technologies to maximize the success of our websites.

The successful applicant must be able to demonstrate knowledge of Creative Suite especially around Adobe Flash, Photoshop and Dreamweaver. Also XHTML, CSS, FLASH animation.

In addition a good knowledge in any of the following areas: Apple Mac software, traditional design such as print oriented design, illustration, 3D and other design techniques but not essential.
